    This attractive end cottage is set in quiet Devonshire countryside close to Modbury. It is reached through small lanes and field and woodland walks are on the doorstep. The outstanding Devon coastline is extremely close-by with the sandy Wonwell beach a mere 1.5 miles away. But if you want to stay at home and relax the garden has space for games and a barbecue as well as the swimming pool. The small village of Kingston has a good pub while Modbury has a full range of shops as well as three pubs, a bistro and two takeaway places. Altogether a perfect location and an ideal family retreat.
    This Cottage offers 1 double bedded room with en-suite shower, 1 twin bedded room, comfortable living space and kitchen/diner. Also shower and WC downstairs.
