This is a wonderful location for exploring the island and its host of family attractions including the famous sea zoo Beaumaris Castle and puffin and seal watching cruises as well as bird watching superb coastal walking and a fine choice of golf courses. Day trips to Ireland depart from the port of Holyhead only 15 miles away whilst the Snowdonia National Park and its exhilarating range of outdoor pursuits are also easily accessible.
